Focaccia Fundamentals
Join our master boulangers for an immersive workshop devoted to the craft of focaccia. You will explore every step of the process, from mixing and proofing to dimpled shaping and finishing with olive oil, herbs, and seasonings. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of dough hydration, fermentation, and baking techniques, empowering you to recreate artisanal focaccia in your own kitchen.
Throughout the day, freshly baked pastries and coffee will be served. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with your own golden, fragrant focaccia, new skills, and the confidence to continue exploring the art of bread making.
